IPU CET Eligibility Criteria 2021- What is the minimum eligibility conditions required to be fulfilled by candidates aspiring to appear in IPU CET exam 2021? Candidates should have related information before they apply for the test. Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech
- The minimum qualification candidates should have is class 12th pass from the Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent board.
- Candidates, studying in class 12th, but can meet with required eligibility conditions at the time of counselling, may appear in the exam.
- Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Passing marks in all three subjects separately is also necessary.
- Candidates should have passing marks in English.
- Candidates’ age should not exceed 21 years.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech in Bio Technology
- Candidates should have passed class 12th from the Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent board.
- Candidates, studying in class 12th, are also welcome to apply, subject of fulfilling necessary criteria at the time of counselling.
- Candidates have to secure an aggregate of 55% in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology and should have cleared these subjects individually.
- Along with that, candidates should have passing marks in English.
- Age of candidates should not exceed 21 years.
Eligibility for B.Tech (LE)
Candidates should hold three-years Diploma or B.Sc degree with Mathematics. They should have secured at least 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
Eligibility for M.Tech
Candidates should be B.E/B.Tech degree in the related discipline or they should have passed Grad. IETE/AMIE or MCA/M.Sc along with 60% marks.
Eligibility for BCA
Candidates should have cleared class 12th with Mathematics and English or Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Informatics Practice/Multimedia & Web Technology/ Web Application/ Data Management Application along with not less than 50% marks. Or,
They should hold a Diploma in Engineering along with securing at least 50% marks. Or,
They should have secured minimum 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree along with pass in class 12th with English and Mathematics.
IPU CET is conducted by Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) every year for aspirants seeking admission to several undergraduate engineering programmes offered by the University.
