GATE exam conducting authority will upload the admit card of candidates at the official website of GOAPS by January 2023. Candidates have to bring a printed copy of their admit card along with one of the identity proofs including PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Valid College ID, Aadhaar UID, Employee identification card or Driving License while coming to the examination centre. For international applicants, identity proofs such as Passport/Government issued ID/Employee ID/College ID, will be only considered valid.

  • Examinations admit card can be only downloaded through online mode. Candidates who have registered for GATE exam are advised to check their admit card from the Zonal GATE website. The GATE Examinations admit card will be released online from 7th January 2023. The candidates applied for the exam; should have to login to the GOAPS by using their registration ID and email address.
  • Admit card will contain the important details like your name, roll no., exam date, centre of examination and other necessary instructions for appearing in the GATE exam.
  • The applicants are advised to bring their GATE Admit card along with the relevant Photo Identification proof during the entrance in the examination hall.
  • GATE Admit Card will not be sent through post or email.

Ques: From when can I download my GATE admit card?
Ans : As per the official notification, GATE admit card will be accessible online from the zonal GATE website most probably from first week of January 2023. However, I can’t assure you regarding the dates. We’ll intimate you the actual date of release of its respective notification.
Ques: Is admit card sufficient to get entry in the examination hall?

Ques: What If any sort of discrepancies have been found in my admit card?
Ans : In such case, you quickly need to intimate the concerned authority regarding the same. An admit card, containing wrong entries, won’t be considered valid during exam.
