CG PET Counselling 2022- Choice Filling & Locking, Document Verification, Reporting

CG PET and JEE Main qualified candidates may appear in CG PET counselling 2022 which is being conducted by DTE Chhattisgarh in the month of June 2022. All qualified candidates need to register for counselling and get their documents verified in prior of counselling procedure. CG PET Counselling Procedure 2022

Step 1: Complete the Registration Online

Candidates should complete the registration formalities by inserting the following listed information:

• Provide your domicile status, whether you are a Chhattisgarh domicile or Outside Chhattisgarh domicile;
• Put your priority and preference;
• Your CG PET 2021 roll number;
• Your Date of Birth (DOB);
• Specify, whether your are JEE Main qualified or CG PET qualified;
• Password, should be a combination of numbers and alphabets;
• Candidates may register themselves through the help centre;

Step 2: Choice filling Process

Post completion of the registration, candidates will receive their login credentials by using which they will have to put their preference of colleges and courses. Log is must for filling up the choice of colleges and courses. Candidates are not restricted while putting their choices; they may as many they want. They must check “Add Selected Options” button.

Step 3: Priority & Preference

This step includes confirming the choices given by candidates. Thereafter, candidates must take a printout of CG PET application cum option form, which will be downloaded after saving the registration form. If a candidate has found that his/her photograph is missing over there then they must affix a new one. Candidates will have to submit their application cum option form during document verification procedure.

Step 4: Verification of Documents

Candidates need to go to the notified Document Verification Centres (DVCs)  with the following listed documents:

• CG PET Application cum Option Form
• Class X & XII Marks Sheet
• Scorecard of either JEE Main or CG PET as applicable.
• Domicile Certificate
• Registration fee in bank challan form.
• Category Certificates, if applied
• Medical certificate in case of PH category candidates.

During document verification procedure candidates must bring original certificates along with one set of photocopies.

Step 5: Allotment of Seats

Candidates need to take a printout of Provisional Seat Allotment letter and report to the allotted institute on the given date and time. This step also includes payment of requisite admission fee.
