बिहार पोलीटेक्निक 2021: बिहार पोलिटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा बिहार राज्य के छात्रों के लिए पोलीटेक्निक में प्रवेश हेतु अर्हता परीक्षा है I इस परीक्षा के लिए बिहार के सभी छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं I यह परीक्षा ‘Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination’ (DCECE) के नाम से भी प्रचलित है I इस प्रवेश परिक्षा में उत्तीर्ण छात्र बिहार के किसी भी पोलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में आवेदन कर सकते हैं I

Admission to the candidates into polytechnic colleges of Bihar will be given on the basis of entrance exam. The authorities will release the application form for admissions through online mode. Selected candidates will be offered admissions into engineering, para medical, para medical dental and other courses. This is one of the most famous Polytechnic entrance exam in the country. Enrollment is granted into first year as well as second year (lateral entry) in these courses. Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The course-wise eligibility criteria for Bihar Polytechnic 2021 are provided below:

For Polytechnic Engineering (PE):

Domicile: Along with citizenship of India, it is compulsory to fulfill one of the following domicile criteria:

• Age limit: There is no age limit to apply for this course.
• Qualification: A pass in class 10th or equivalent exam with at least 35% marks is required.

For Part-time Polytechnic Engineering (PPE):

• Domicile: Same as above.
• Age limit: As on 1st July 2021, the minimum age of the candidate should be 19 years.
• Qualification: The applicant should have passed class 10th exam and should have done 2-year ITI or hold 2-year work experience in related firm/ company/ institute after that.

For Para Medical Dental (PMD):

• Domicile: Same as above.
• Age limit: As on 31st December 2021, the lower and upper age limit for the candidate is 15 years and 30 years respectively.
• Qualification: Applicants should have cleared class 10th or equivalent exam with Science and English subjects.

For Para Medical (PM):

• Domicile: Same as above.
• Age limit: As on 31st December 2021, the lower and upper age limit for the candidate is 17 years and 33 years respectively.
• Qualification: Those with a pass in class 12th or equivalent exam scoring not less than 40% marks are eligible. Depending on the course applying for, there might be specific requirements as well.

For Lateral Entry:

• Domicile: Same as above.
• Age limit: There is no age limit to apply for this course.
• Qualification: The candidates should have cleared class 12th exam Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology or technical/ vocational subjects. Those with 2-year ITI course after 10th are eligible too.

बिहार पोलीटेक्निक 2021 आवेदन पत्र (Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Application Form)

The candidates can fill the application form for Bihar Polytechnic 2021 in online mode. The application form will be released on the official website of the BCECE Board www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

• Candidates will have to fill an application form first providing basic personal details to obtain the application form.
• Rest personal details related to the candidates need to be provided in the application form.
• Scanned copies of candidates’ photograph and signature will also be uploaded in the application form.
• In the next step, the candidates will be asked to enter details related to their qualifying exam.
• After providing all the important data as asked into the application form, the candidates can submit it online.
• After submitting the application form, the candidates should download a copy of the same and keep it safe for future use.

Payment of fees can be done online through debit card/ credit card/ net banking or offline through e-challan. The application fee structure for different category candidates is provided below:

Correction in Application Form

A correction window will be provided to the candidates for making correction in the correction form, if required. No offline request for correcting the application form will be considered from the candidates.

Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Exam Pattern

To do well in the exam, candidates must know the exam pattern and syllabus. The details of the Bihar Polytechnic entrance exam pattern are provided below:

• Mode of exam: Offline mode
• Duration of test: 2 hours 15 minutes
• Medium of test: Both English and Hindi
• Number of questions: 90
• Type of questions: Objective type
• Total marks: 450
• Marking scheme: For each right answer 5 marks will be awarded

• Duration of test: 2:15
• Medium of test: Both English and Hindi
• Number of questions: 150
• Type of questions: Multiple-choice questions
• Marking scheme: Each question will carry 4 marks
• Negative marking: For each incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted

Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Admit Card

• The admit card to appear in the exam will be released for the candidates who submit their applications in time.
• Admit card is available for download from 17th September 2021 on the official website www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
• Candidates are required to take a printout of the admit card to be carried to the exam center.
• Details of the exam like schedule and venue will be communicated to the candidates via the admit card.
• Any kind of discrepancy if found in the admit card should be corrected by the candidates by visiting BCECE Board Office 5 days before the exam.

Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Result

• Entrance exam result will be published online by the authorities on the official website of BCECEB.
• Based on their marks in the entrance exam, a merit list of the candidates will be prepared. Separate lists will be drawn for different courses.
• As per their names in the merit list, the candidates will be called to take part in the counseling/ interview round.

Bihar Polytechnic 2021 Counseling

• Candidates should report for the counseling at the venue and schedule communicated to them through the official website.
• At the time of counseling, documents of the candidates will be verified and they will be asked to provide their choice for colleges.
• On the basis of merit and choice, seats will be allotted to the candidates after document verification.
• Selected candidates need to get themselves medically checked and then report to the allotted institution to get admission.
