BCECE Counselling 2022- Date, Process, and Important Dates

In this article, we are going to provide all important details about BCECE exam such as counseling process, important dates, and documents required at counseling etc. The BCECE online registration for the academic session 2022-23 is possible to begin from May 2022 and the entrance examination will be organized in the month of April 2022.

BCECE Counseling 2022 will be organized by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board or BCECEB. The process of online counseling will commence from May 2022, after the announcement of BCECE Results. Appearing in counselling process is compulsory only for those applicants who have successfully cleared both the stages of BCECE exam. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination board conducts the counseling process for admission to engineering and medical seats of the various reputed government and private medical institutes in the Bihar state.

BCECE Counseling 2022 Key Features

Candidates who will qualify the exam successfully are only eligible to appear in BCECE counseling 2022. The applicants are notified that counseling will be organized in online mode only and candidates have to fill their choices and lock the same before the due date. Students will be granted admissions according to their rank in BCECE entrance exam 2022. The candidates have to make the payment of counseling fees via bank challan.

BCECE Counseling Process 2022

The candidates are notified that the BCECE counseling 2022 will be held in online mode, that may include online registration and seat locking, choice filling, and provisional allotment and lastly document confirmation and admission. 1. Registration Process

Firstly, candidates have to register themselves for counseling by entering some important details such as Candidate name, roll no, Father’s name and Date of Birth so as to get registered.

Before providing all the details correctly, the candidate must enter the following details:

• Security Question
• Mobile Number.
• Security Password, which must be between 8-13 characters and have one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one special character.

2. Choice filling and seat locking

The candidate should log in by using their unique roll number and password in order to choice filling and seat locking process. Following options will appear on your screen when you logged in.

• Password Change option
• Provisional Allotment Letter

3. Provisional Seat Allotment

The candidates have to verify the status of seat allotment and should print the Provisional Allotment letter of BCECE once it downloaded.

For handwriting confirmation, the candidate should report to the Counseling centre as mentioned in the allotment letter.

4. Handwriting verification:

A regular process of taking the sample of the handwriting of each student is performed in order to verify the text written on the OMR answer sheet matching to the roll number of the student. This process will confirm and verifies the identities of successful students that are appeared at the time of counseling so as to avoid any imitation.

5. Final process of BCECE Seat Allotment:

After the successful completion of above test, i.e., handwriting test, candidate can log in to check their final Seat Allocation of BCECE. The student should surely download the final BCECE seat Allotment letter and must proceed for fee payment and document verification as specified in the allotment letter for BCECE exam.

6. Document authentication and admission process

At last, the candidate with the allotted seat should download the final BCECE Allotment Letter and should inform to the institution that is chosen to the candidate for document confirmation and end of all admission formalities.

1. Final Seat Allotment Letter of BCECE counseling
2. Marks Sheet, Passing Certificate and Hall Ticket of 12^th class
3. Candidate should bring Hall Ticket, Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate of 10th class
4. They must have BCECE Admit Card.
5. Six photographs copies that were attached in the Online Application of BCECE exam.
6. BCECE Counseling Letter.
7. They must have Medical Certificate as prescribed.
8. Candidate category Certificate (if applicable).
9. Any other documents/certificate if required.
