General information about Doon University application 2021
- Aspirants can obtain the Doon university admission application form along with prospectus online from the official website at www.doonuniversity.org.
- The applicants should read the important instructions carefully before filling up the online form
- Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 800/- (Rs. 400/- for candidates from SC/ST category of Uttarakhand only) at the time of online application submission.
- Payment of said application form fee needs to be completed online only
- Once the fee is submitted, it will not be refunded under any situation and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- In case of applicants, who are not able to apply online, they can complete the formalities related to the online application at the Admission Help Desk at the Reception in the Administrative Block, Doon University, Kedarpur, Dehradun. Such applicants are needed to carry all the necessary documents and the applicable fee with them.
- Candidates are advised to fill their name in the Doon University admission online application form as printed in the qualifying examination Certificate/ Mark sheet.
- If you are selecting more than one course for admission entrance exam refer to the entrance test schedule.
- Subject to eligibility a candidate may participate in the entrance exam for a maximum of 3 different educational courses. However, applicants are needed to pay the prescribed fee for each course individually.
- After successful submission of application form for admission entrance test, the candidate must take a print out of the form submitted and keep it safe for future reference and use the same at the time of entrance test and admission process.

- Eligible candidates, who want to get admitted in any course offered at Doon University, are needed to visit the official website of Doon university i.e. doonuniversity.org.
- From home page click on ‘Admission’ tab available at the top menu bar.
- After that, click on the “fill online application form” link.
- Candidates must read given instruction carefully and click on the online registration tab.
- Fill your personal and qualification details such as name, DOB, Father’s name, mother’s name, category, mobile number, Telephone No, correspondence and permanent address with pin code, email address and qualification details carefully.
- They have to select the programme for admission test in which they want to appear from the drop-down menu.
- Read the declaration part and click on the “I agree” checkbox.
- Enter the verification code carefully and proceed for the next step.
- On the successful registration, a user id and password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Candidates should login again by using the same login credentials.
- Now fill the remaining details as asked in the application form.
- At this stage, candidates have to upload their recent passport size photograph as per given specification.
