The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is responsible for organizing DNB PDCET every year. DNB PDCET stands for the Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test is a ranking exam. The test is conducted for admission to various Post diploma DNB broad Specialty Courses.

DNB PDCET Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The details regarding DNB PDCET eligibility criteria are mentioned below.
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Applicants should hold a PG Diploma from a university/ institute recognized as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Govt of India.
Candidates must have registered themselves with the Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.
The result of the final examination for the PG Diploma must be announced on or before the year of admission.
DNB PDCET Application Form
Interested and eligible candidates must submit their DNB PDCET 2024 application form on or before the due date. It is expected that the application form for the DNB PDCET will be available in March 2024. The process of registration will be done in online mode only.
The candidates must fill in all the required details such as candidate name, address, roll number, etc. correctly in the form.
While filling out the application form, candidates have to select the examination center of their choice.
Candidates have to upload the documents such as passport-size photograph, Scanned signature, Thumb impression as per the given parameters.
The authority will provide the correction facility for some sections for a limited period.

DNB PDCET Syllabus
Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test will release the syllabus for DNB PDCET online at the official website. Candidates should check the exam syllabus before starting the exam preparation. The syllabus is divided into the following parts.
Part A –Forensic Medicine, Biochemistry, Ophthalmology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Part B –Pediatrics, Dermatology, General Medicines, Radiology, Obstetrics, Statistical and Biomedical research SPM, ENT, General surgery, psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Gynecology, STD, and Orthopedics.
DNB PDCET 2024 Admit Card
The authority will release the DNB PDCET admit card 2024 most likely in April 2024 through online mode only. Candidates who registered for the exam can download the admit card from the official website by providing their login credentials. Candidates will not receive any DNB PDCET admit cards through post or other offline modes.
The Admit card will comprise important details related to the exam such as name and roll number of candidates, date and time of exam, examination centre address, and other exam-related instructions. Candidates must carry the admit card while appearing at the examination centre.
DNB PDCET Result 2024
The conducting body will announce the DNB PDCET result in May 2024 (tentatively) through online mode only. There will be no minimum qualifying criteria for the exam. A separate merit list will be prepared for all the applicant’s specialty-wise. The DNB PDCET Result will be valid for one year only.
Candidates should download the result from the official website of NBE by providing their login credentials. Candidates are advised to take the printout of the downloaded copy of the result for future reference.
DNB PDCET Counselling 2024
The NBE will commence the process of counselling in June through online mode. Only qualified candidates will be allowed to participate in the counselling process as per their merit rank. The counselling will be held in multiple rounds including a mop-up round.
In case of unoccupied seats, it will be filled up in a mop up round. During the counseling, candidates will have to announce the choices for seats and lock them too. The final seat allotment result will be published for DNB PDCET 2024 based on the choice declaration.
