Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should satisfy the necessary eligibility criteria before applying for admission. The details of Dibrugarh University eligibility criteria for BCA and MCA programme are as follows:

For BCA Programme

In order to apply for BCA programme candidates should have cleared 10+2 or higher secondary exam with Statistics/Commercial Arithmetic/Mathematics as one of the subjects and obtained minimum 45% marks in aggregate.

For MCA Programme

Candidates should be graduated with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in Graduation. Final year candidates are also permitted to apply for admission. 5% relaxation in marks will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

• Candidates need to download the application form along with Information brochure, admit card and bank challan copy from the official website of Dibrugarh university i.e. (dibru.ac.in).
• Make a payment of entrance test fee i.e. Rs.500/- at any branch of PNB and SBI through bank challan.

Selection Procedure

Selection procedure of BCA Programme

Total intake in BCA programme at Dibrugarh University is 60 and admission against those will be held on a merit basis. The merit list will be prepared and displayed at the Office of Centre of Computer Studies, DU and at official web portal i.e. www.dibru.ac.in & www.ccsdu.org in the month of July 2022 tentatively.
