DASA UG Application Form- How to Apply, Last Date

Submitting your application with requisite documents is highly essential in order to become eligible for admission process. Here I have shared all possible details required to be followed while applying for DASA UG. Submission of DASA UG application form involves following two stages:

Stage 1– Applying online successfully along with uploading scanned images of requisite documents. Candidates do not need to send any hard copy of supporting documents or application to the exam conducting authority.

Stage 2– SAT subject test score is required to be sent to NIT Srinagar via College Board, USA.

How to Apply Online?

A successful online application involves following stages:

Step 1- Successful Registration

First of all you need to create your account by entering the details furnished below:

• First enter your valid Email ID and provide CAPTCHA code as mentioned over there.
• Once you have entered the correct information then hit on create my account.
• After hitting this button an email will be sent to your registered email ID.
• Open your email and click the web link received.
• Now you need to enter your applicant ID as mentioned in the mail and password.
• You need to confirm your entered password.
• Once you have entered all correct information then your registration will be assumed successful.

Step 2- Fill Up the Form and Submit

After creating your account you need to login to our account by entering your login credentials i.e. your email ID and password. You should keep following listed documents ready before applying online:

• Recently taken passport size photograph in JPG format. The size of image should be less than 100 KB.
• Scanned copy of your signature in JPG format with file size less than 100 KB.
• Scanned copy of all other documents in JPEG/JPG format.

After entering all required details in the form please do not forget to take preview of the same. Once you ensured all provided data are correct then submit your application. Candidates should keep printout of their application form safe for future reference.

List of Essential Documents to Be Uploaded

• Passport of applicant. Candidates belonging to Nepal can submit authenticated Citizenship card.
• Date of birth proof such as University/secondary education certificate (class X or its equivalent) or any other related certificates issued by the Government authorities.
• Class 10^th, 11^th and 12^th mark sheet or its equivalent.
• School authorities as the proof of class 11^th and 12^th completion certificate.
• Fee payment proof.
• If class 12^th or its equivalent exam has not completed then you will have to give an undertaking during online application.
