Consideration of GRE/GMAT Exam Scores
Candidates, for whom GMAT/GRE exam scores are received by NIT Srinagar from ETS/GMAC, will be considered under merit list subject of satisfying all other necessities. In case of multiple attempts, the best valid GMAT/GRE score will be considered during preparation of the merit list.
Merit List Preparation
The concerned authority will prepare merit list based on candidates’ GRE/GMAT score. Name of only those candidates will be included in the list whose GRE/GMAT scores have received by NIT Srinagar, on or before June 2023.
Allotment of Courses and Institutions
Allotment of course and institution will be made according to the preferences indicated by the candidate and his/her rank in the merit list. If you are not eligible for your first given preference then you may be eligible for second one and so on. Candidates can check out the details of seat allotment by following the method shown below:
- To check details related to the DASA PG seat allotment candidates need to log in to their account.
- For login, candidates will be asked to enter their username and password.
- After seat allotment candidate must sent his/her acceptance as per the prescribed guidelines for confirming the seat.
DASA PG Seat Allotment First Round
- Candidates who fulfill the minimum eligibility norms for DASA PG are permitted to attend the first round allotment.
- After completion of the seat allotment, candidates must send their confirmation regarding the acceptance of seat.
- Applicants, who are failed to send their seat acceptance confirmation before the given timeline, they won’t be allowed to attend the further round of seat allotment.
- Candidates, at the time of accepting the seat may give their keenness for up-gradation of course and institute.
DASA PG Seat Allotment Second Round
- Candidates, who didn’t get seats in the first round of seat allotment and had opted for up-gradation, will be eligible for second round seat allotment process.
- Expected month of commencing second round of allotment is July 2023.
- Candidates are required to submit their confirmation for acceptance of provisional admission.
Obtain Provisional Admission Letter and Report to your Allotted Institute
- Candidates who got seats, they will have to download provisional admission letter after login to their account.
- Now, they need to put their sign on it and submit the same to the allotted institutions at the time of admission.
- All candidates have to report to their allotted institute for admission after completion of both rounds of seat allotment.
- Over there, candidates will be asked to submit their original documents/certificates.
- Candidates should be physically fit as per the physical standard of the authority.
