CRSU B.Ed Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility criteria to appear for CRSU B.Ed Admission 2023 are given below:

  • Candidates with a bachelors and/ or masters degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanities/ Commerce scoring at least 50% marks in aggregate can apply.
  • The applicants with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology having specialization in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate can apply too.

CRSU B.Ed 2023 Application Form

The online application form for CRSU B.Ed admission 2023 will be released on the official websites www.crsu.ac.in, www.hrybed.in and www.hrybed.net. Candidates are advised to go through the information brochure carefully before proceeding with the application process.

  • Basic personal and academic details of the candidates like name, gender, qualifying exam passing year, marks obtained, etc will be asked into the application form.
  • Scanned copies of signature and photograph of the candidate should also be uploaded into the application form.
  • Extreme care should be taken while filling the details into the application form as the merit list will be prepared on the basis of these details only.
  • After all the details are provided in the application form, the candidates can submit it online along with the application fee.
  • Upon successful submission of the application form, a printout of the same should be taken by the candidates and kept safe in case of future reference.
  • Students are requested not to send the hard copy of the application form to the university as complete application process is online.

Application fee:

  • The registration-cum-counseling fee is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- registration fee plus Rs. 500/- counseling fee) for general category candidates.
  • For SC/ BC/ PH/ girls candidates of Haryana state, the registration fee will be Rs. 625/- (Rs. 125/- registration fee plus Rs. 500/- counseling fee).
  • Fee can be deposited through credit card/ debit card/ net banking or via PNB/ AXIS/ IDBI bank challan.

Online Choice Filling & Locking

  • After successful registration, the candidates will be able to provide their choice for college in which they seek admission.
  • Candidates can provide as much number of choices in order of preference as they wish to.
  • They can change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices.
  • Candidates who do not fill choices or fail to save the same will not be considered for admission and seat allotment.
  • A printout of the locked choices should be taken as it will be required at the time of admission.

Preparation of Merit List

  • A merit list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the qualifying exam.
  • This list will be published on the official website of the university and can be checked by the candidates online.
  • If any discrepancy is found in the merit list, the students should at once contact the authorities and get those discrepancies fixed.
  • The merit list will be prepared in the order of ranking applying any tie-breaking criteria as applicable.
  • Selection of the candidates for admission into the different affiliated institutes will be done as per their names in the merit list.

CRSU B.Ed 2023 Admission Process

  • Seats will be allotted in the order of merit and preference/ choices as made by the candidates.
  • The allotment result will be available on the university’s website www.crsu.ac.in and can be downloaded by the candidates. Individual allotment letters will not be sent.
  • Candidates who are allotted seats will have to personally report to the allotted college to complete the rest process of admission.
  • Documents and eligibility of the candidates will be verified after which they will be offered final admission.

Question 1: Can outside Haryana candidates apply for CRSU B.Ed admission?

Answer: Yes. Candidates from all over India are eligible to apply for the CRSU B.Ed admission.

Question 2: Is there any entrance exam for CRSU B.Ed admission?

Answer: No. Admission to the candidates into the B.Ed course of CRSU is given on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

  • If tie still persists, then marks obtained in 12th will be considered
  • If tie still persists, then marks in 10th will be considered

Question 5: What if I fail to produce any document at the time of reporting for admission?

Answer: Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificates at the time of reporting to the institution, will forfeit his/her claim to admission.
