COMEDK UGET 2023: Application Form, Eligibility Criteria, Exam Date

COMEDK UGET 2023 (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental, Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test) will be conducted by COMEDK in May 2023 and application process gets started from the first week of March, 2023. After qualifying the test candidates will be eligible to get admission to engineering, medical and dental programmes offered by 150 engineering colleges, 14 medical colleges and 25 dental colleges of the state. Eligibility Criteria for Engineering Programme

• Candidates should pass in class 12^th or PUC or its equivalent test from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The minimum mark scored by candidates in the qualifying exam is 45% (40% for OBC/SC/ST category applicants of Karnataka state). Candidates also need to obtain 50% marks (40% for OBC/SC/ST category applicants of Karnataka state) in English in the class 12^th
• Candidates having Diploma degree are not eligible to apply for this exam.
• Candidates should have studied Mathematics, Physics and English as compulsory subjects and Biology/Biotechnology/Chemistry/other vocational programme as an optional subject.

Eligibility Criteria for Architecture Program

• Candidates should pass in class 12^th or PUC or its equivalent test from a recognized board or have diploma degree with 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category of Karnataka state).
• Candidates also need to score 80 marks out of 200 marks in NATA exam.
• Candidates those are looking for admission to B.Arch program need to submit a separate application for the same.

Eligibility Criteria for Medical and Dental Programme

• Candidates are required to obtain 50% marks (40% for OBC/SC/ST category of Karnataka state) in PCB in class 12^th or PUC or its equivalent test and 50% marks (40% for OBC/SC/ST category of Karnataka state) in English.
• Candidates should not have passed the qualifying exam before the year 2014.
• Appearing candidates who are expecting their percentage in class 12^th or PUC or its equivalent exam as necessary can apply.
• Candidates need to be at least 17 years old as on 21st December of the year of examination.

COMEDK UGET 2023 Application Form: How to Apply?

Candidates are first required to complete the registration for the RFA in online mode by providing info related to name, date of birth, email ID, ID proof, mobile number etc. After successful completion of RFA process, a login ID and password will be sent to candidates through SMS or email.  By using those login credentials candidates will get access of OAF (Online application form). Here is the instructions to apply for COMEDK UGET 2023:

• In order to apply for the COMEDK UGET 2023 exam, the candidates first need to register on the official website.
• During registration, the candidates need to generate and validate OTP using their phone number.
• The User ID and password will be generated after the registration.
• Once registered, the candidates have to log in and fill the application form.
• While filling the application form, the candidates have to provide all the necessary educational, personal and contact details.
• In the application form, the candidates need to choose the 3 cities as the exam center. The exam center will be allotted within these three cities only.
• Apart from the details, the candidates need to upload the scanned images of the following documents.
  • Photograph of the candidate
  • Signature of the candidate
  • Signature of the parents/ guardians.
  • ID proof of the candidates
• After entering all the details, the candidates will be required to submit the application form along with the appropriate fees.
• It is recommended to take a print out of the submitted application form for future reference.

COMEDK UGET 2023 Admit card

Candidates can download the Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT) or admit card through the official website of conducting authority. Candidates must need to bring the admit card while coming to the examination center.

• The authorities will release the admit card of COMEDK UGET 2021 exam only in online mode through the official website.
• Please note that the admit card will not be dispatched by post or email.
• The information about the allotted exam center will be communicated to the candidate through the admit card.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without admit card
• Along with the admit card, the candidates also need to carry one photo ID proof at the time of the exam.
• It is important to keep admit card safe till the admission process gets completed.

COMEDK UGET 2023 Result

• Before declaring the result, the authorities will release the answer key of the exam on the official website.
• The candidate can register their objection against the answer key within a stipulated time.
• Soon after the release of final answer key, the result of COMEDK UGET 2021 exam will be released on the website.
• The result will be published in the form of a rank card. The candidates should download and print the rank card as it will be required at the time of counselling.

• The candidates will be invited to take part in the counselling process as per the rank obtained by them.
