Established in 1992, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology is a premier institute of technology and management education located in Mumbai. The institute imparts education in the field of Bachelor of Engineering and is affiliated to University of Mumbai. The college is operated by the Manjara Charitable Trust and was recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology has been awarded as “A” grade college by the Government of Maharashtra. Initially, it was commenced with 3 engineering discipline with intake capacity of 60 students.

Campus

The campus of Rajiv Gandhi institute of technology is sited at Andheri west in the city of Mumbai.  The campus is sprawled over 5 acres of land nearby Versova beach. The institute has excellent infrastructure and architecture and it offers all major amenities to the students.
