About Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay
Established in 1958, The Indian institute of technology is 2nd oldest institute of Indian institute of technology system (IITs). IIT Bombay, now (IIT Mumbai) is one among the top engineering colleges of India. The institute provides various undergraduate, post graduate programs and doctoral degrees in different disciplines including science, art, Mathematics and technology.
Campus
The campus of IIT Bombay is sited at Powai, in north eastern Mumbai. The college campus spread over 550 acres of land comprises of the main building, residential block, various departmental occupies, playground and all required amenities. The college campus is divided into building and clusters. The academic area mainly includes the main building, auditorium and different department annexes.

IIT Bombay has about 15 departments and providing various UG and PG courses in different disciplines of engineering.
