What You Need to Keep Ready Before You Fill up the Form?

Before you start filling the form, please keep all necessary images and documents ready. Along with that, you also need to keep scanned copy of your latest photograph with file size in between 20 KB to 25 KB ready.

• For General: Rs.500/-
• For SC: Rs.250/-

How to Fill up CENTAC Application Form?

Below are the step-by-step descriptions to apply for CENTAC:

Step 1: Candidates are eligible to apply either in online mode or download the form. They need to fill all basic information in the form.

Step 2: Thereafter, they need to upload a recently taken colour photograph with file size in between 20 KB to 25 KB.

Step 3: Now make the payment of requisite application fee by using debit card/credit card/net banking.

Step 4: Post submission of the form, candidates need to take the printout of form and payment receipt.

Step 5: At the last candidates need to send hard copy of the application form along with below specified documents to the CENTAC office before the given timeline.

• Birth certificate or matriculation mark sheet;
• Nationality Certificate
• Residence Certificate
• Permanent Integrated Certificate
• Special category certificate (in case applicable)
• Community Certificate (in case applicable)
• Higher secondary mark sheet;
• SSLC marks sheet;
• Nativity Certificate ( in case applicable);
• Registration certificate for Indian origin or French Nationals (in case applicable);
• Sports certificates along with filled in proforma, in case applicable;
