CEED Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Educational Qualification, Age Limit

CEED Eligibility Criteria: Candidates willing to apply and attend the Common Entrance Examination for Design must confirm that they fulfill the specified eligibility conditions. Only aspirants who fulfill the CEED eligibility criteria mentioned here can only fill up the application form and attend the exam. Aspirants may check the prescribed eligibility criteria for appearing in CEED from this post.

IIT Bombay is the conducting authority of CEED for admission to M.Des and PhD in Design programme offered at few IITs and IISc Bangalore.

CEED Eligibility Criteria

Please check here all eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by candidates aspiring to apply for CEED. They must have either completed one of the following degrees or going to complete by July 2022:

Educational Qualification-Candidates, who have passed a diploma/degree/post-graduate degree programmes of either four years or 3+2 years (after 10+2 level), or those are appearing in the final examination of such programmes by July 2020 or those have cleared 10+5 level GD Arts diploma programme by July 2021. Candidates are instructed to ensure they are meeting the required eligibility for admission to various institutes before applying to CEED.

Age Criteria- No age criteria has been defined by the authority yet. A candidate can appear in the exam any number of times.
