CEED Application Form

CEED Application Form: Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) 2018 Application Form will available online from 9th October 2017 – November 2017. Interested and eligible candidates can submit the CEED application form online only through the official website of apex body.

Aspirants first ensure their eligibility and then apply online on or before the last date for CEED form submission.  Interested candidates can check the complete details regarding procedure of CEED Application form from here.

CEED Application Fee:

• For all women candidates – Rs 1100/
• Candidates from SC/ST/PwD category: Rs.1100
• For all other candidates: Rs.2200

Note: This Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates can the applicable fee through credit card/debit card/net banking (extra transaction charges will be applicable).

A penalty of Rs 500/ is applicable to all the applicants for applications submitted after the due date.

Important instructions for filling the CEED Application Form

Before filling the application form, candidates should to keep ready the following documents at the time of online application.

• File enclosing recent color photograph (.jpg format as per the prescribed size)
• A Scanned copy of signature (.jpg Format as per the prescribed size)
• Scanned copy of diploma certificate/ degree (pdf file)
• Candidates applying under the SC/ST/OBC NCL category need to produce valid category certificates (.pdf file).
• Applicants applying under PwD category have to produce a valid medical certificate (.pdf file) issued by suitable authority.

How to fill CEED Application Form

The procedure of CEED Application involves the following steps:

Step 1: Registration

• The registration process is quite simple; all you need to do is register yourself online. You may do this by clicking on “Apply for CEED” link available on the official website of CEED.
• During the registration, candidates need to provide the working phone number and a valid email address.
• On the successful registration, a verification email will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address.
• Keep this email safe with you for future reference.

Step 2: Fill the online application Form

• In order to access and fill the application form, candidate needs to enter their registered email ID and password.
• Fill your personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile no, address, country, state etc. very carefully.
• Candidates have to choose the three exam cities as per their preference.

Step 3: Upload the documents

Candidates should upload the scanned images of their recent passport size photograph, signature, and other supporting documents as per the specifications. After that you can save the application form.

Before moving to the next step, candidate should review the form whether the details given by you is correct or not.

Step 4: Pay the Application fee

After uploading the documents, candidate should proceed for the application fee payment process. Candidates can make the payment of application fee using internet banking/ credit card/ debit card/ through bill desk. When the payment is successfully done, candidate will receive a confirmation page. Keep the same safe for future use.
