CAT 2015 Registration extends to September 25th

Candidates planning to appear for appear for CAT (Common Admission Test) 2015 need to give heed to registration date that has been extended up to September 25th, 2015.  Candidates ought to register to the Indian Institute of Management’s website that is responsible for the conduction of the examination.

Candidates need to apply for CAT 2015 through the website. Registration can be done via three ways mainly by logging-in with the system-generated user ID and password, creating a profile and submitting the application after entering the details and doing the payment online. Candidates ought to make the payment till September 2015

The payment of the registration fee can be done online either via credit card, net banking and debit card. The total fee for candidates under General and Backward class and Non-Creamy Layer is 1,600 Rs. However, fees for Scheduled caste, Scheduled tribe, Person with Disability and Differently abled is Rs 800.

Candidates have to pay the registration fees only once a year irrespective of the number of institutes they are applying to. SC, ST, PwD candidates ought to upload their copy of ST/SC/PwD certificates at the time of registration. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Once the payment is made ‘Payment Successful Message’ will be displayed on screen along with the payment transaction number and the candidate will be then redirected to the CAT 2015 website. The candidate will also receive a confirmation e-mail that will state successful submission on the CAT 2015 application.

On the basis of CAT 2015 scores only admission will be granted to candidates in to PGP Mumbai of IIM Indore. The exam will be held on November 29th, 2015, Sunday.
