Eligibility Criteria

Only Indian Nationals can apply.

For M.Sc. Biotechnology:

The interested and eligible candidate must have done B.Sc. from any recognized university or its equivalent examination in any of the subjects such as Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Agriculture / Zoology / Chemistry / Botany with no less than 50% marks (45% in case of candidates from SC / ST category) in the respective subjects.

For M.Sc. Medical Biotechnology:

The applicant must have done B.Sc. from any recognized university or its equivalent examination in any of the following subjects, Biochemistry / Biotechnology /  Microbiology / Botany / Chemistry/ Zoology / Medicine/ Pharmacy including homeopathy and Veterinary science/ Ayurveda with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates from SC / ST category) in graduation.

For M.Sc. Bioinformatics:

The aspirant must have completed B.Sc. Bachelor’s degree in any field of science and technology with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC / ST candidates) from any recognized university.

BVP MBT 2019 Application Form: How to apply?

Aspirants who want to apply for BVP MBT 2021 should submit prescribed application form completed in all respects on or before the due date of application to the University.  The completed application form should be submitted along with MBT-2021 fee of Rs. 1450/-. Candidates can submit the application form either in person (in which case the payment can be done via cash) or post (in which case, the payment can be done via Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Pune, in favour of The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune to the University address.

Admit card

The admit card of BVP MBT 2021 will be issued through post to applicants who registered successfully. The admit card will bear the details of Roll Number and Examination venue allotted to the applicants with date and time of exam.

Examination pattern

Result

The university will announce the result of MBT 2021 as per schedule date at the particular centers and at the main office of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. It will also be available on official website of university i.e. www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net or http//www.bharatividyapeeth.edu.in.

Counselling

The counseling process for admission to M.Sc Medical Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc Biofinformatics will be held at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University’s, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Information Technology & Biotechnology, Dhankwadi, Pune-411 046 as per the specified schedule.
