BVP CET Law Eligibility Criteria

BVP CET Law Eligibility Criteria: Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University has notified few eligibility conditions which must be fulfilled by aspirants who are willing to appear in BVP CET Law entrance test. This is the utmost responsibility of candidates to verify their eligibility before applying for the test.

Candidates have to ensure their educational qualification and age is meeting with required criteria or not before applying. If yes they candidates may proceed with the application procedure.

Educational Qualification

A candidate can apply for BVP CET Law if his/her qualification meets with the following criteria:

• For BA LLB and BBA LLB Course: Candidates should have passed class 12th or its equivalent exam with scoring at least 45% marks in aggregate. Candidates belonging to reserved categories including OBC will get relaxation of 5%.
• For LLB Course: Candidates should be graduated in any discipline from any recognized university.

Age Criteria

• Age Criteria for BA LLB and BBA LLB Course: If you are interested to admission in BA LLB and BBA LLB course then your age should not be more than 20 years. The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category should be 22 years.
• For LLB Course: The upper age limit of a candidate should be 30 years at the time of applying for a three year duration LLB programme. If you belong to reserved category including OBC then for you the upper age limit is 35 years.

To become qualified in BVP CET Law entrance test candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in the entrance test.

Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply for BVP CET Law, however, in that case, they will have to fulfill necessary criteria at the time of admission. In case you haven’t submitted the required certificate before the given timeline then your candidature will be cancelled.
