SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2021

The Symbiosis International University will conduct the Symbiosis National Aptitude Online Test (SNAP) 2021 in order to enroll the eligible candidates from MBA, M.Sc (CA) and M.Sc (SS) courses. The candidates looking to appear for the exam should check the SNAP eligibility criteria 2021 before submitting the application form. There are around 15 Symbiosis institutes that accept SNAP score in order to grant the admission. The SNAP Eligibility Criteria 2021 also varies according to the different institutes and courses.

SNAP Exam Eligibility Criteria 2021            

The Eligibility criteria for SNAP exam will be as follows:

Qualifying Exam

  • The candidate must be a graduate from a recognized / statutory University.
  • The aspirant who has passed the qualifying degree exam from a foreign university must have a certificate of equivalency from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Qualifying Marks

  • The candidate must have passed the graduation exam with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • The qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates is 45%.

Individual Institute Wise SNAP Eligibility Criteria

It is very important for the candidates to check the institute wise eligibility criteria before submitting the SNAP Application Form 2021.

SCIT – MBA (Data Sciences & Data Analytics)

  • The candidate must have passed graduation exam with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
  • The candidate must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level.

SIOM Nashik – MBA (Operations Management)

  • The applicant should be an engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)

SCMHRD – MBA (Infrastructure Development and Management)

  • The candidate should possess a B.Tech or BE degree with relevant branch of engineering such as Agriculture Engineering/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Environment Engineering/ Water Resources/ Environment/ Chemical Engineering/ Oil and Paint Technology/ Petrochemical Engineering etc.
  • It is necessary for every applicant to score at least 50% marks in B.Tech/ B.E degree exam (45% for SC/ST candidates)

SCMHRD – MBA (Business Analytics)

  • The applicant should be a graduate with at least 50% marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST candidates)
  • Must have at least 2 years of full time work experience after passing graduation exam.

SIIB – MBA (Energy and Environment)

  • The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Environmental Science with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)

For Rest of the institutes and courses

  • Graduate candidates having 50% marks can apply (45% for the SC/ST candidates)
  • The candidates appearing in the final year exam can also apply. However, their admission will be confirmed after clearing the qualifying exam with the required percentage.
  • The candidates passing qualifying exam from a foreign university must obtain the certificate of equivalence from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Important Points related to SNAP eligibility criteria 2021

  1. It is a responsibility of the candidates to obtain the certificate of equivalency from the AIU before seeking the admission (In case of passing the exam from a foreign university)
  2. Defence category applicant must be children/ward/spouse of the Defence personnel.
