Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP 2017) is a national level entrance exam conducting by Symbiosis University, Pune for the admissions to various post-graduate courses in various institutes that are affiliated under Symbiosis University. According to the officials, the primary aim behind the conducting SNAP is to check candidate’s speed and accuracy and subject knowledge. Here’s a description regarding SNAP 2017 admission details, eligibility and exam pattern.

SNAP 2017 Eligibility to Participate
- The applicant must have studied graduation in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 50% mark is required to join the Programs. Only 40% marks is needed for those who belongs to SC/ST category.
- The candidates graduated from foreign University are also eligible to appear SNAP, but they need to submit the approval certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

How to Apply?
SNAP accepts application only through Online Mode. The application form will be available online from first week of August 2017.
Step 1: The application form will be available online from first week of August. To apply via online, visit the official website of SNAP i.e. www.snaptest.org
Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Online’ Enter the details such as- address for communication, eligibility, age, courses studied (from class 10 to Graduation) and percentage of Marks. Once after that, upload a latest scanned photograph.
Step 3: Pay the application fee of Rs. 1500/- You can pay the application fee via credit card/ Net banking/by cash or Through a Demand draft.
(Options for Fee payment: You can use any national bank’s card to pay the fee via credit Card and Net Banking.
If you wish to go pay the exam fees via cash, then first register online. Pay the fee of Rs. 1500/- in cash at any selected Axis Bank or Indian Bank branch. As a proof for the payment, the bank will return back a ‘Challan’ that needed to forward the Symbiosis Test Secretariat at the address shown below.
If the above three methods of payment didn’t satisfy you, then obtain a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 1500/- from a national bank taken in favor of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune)

SNAP 2017 Exam Pattern
Syllabus: The questions for SNAP 2017 are majorly coming from 4 areas 1) Analytical & Logical Reasoning (60 Marks) 2) Quantitative ability (40 marks) 3) General English (40 Marks) and 4) General Awareness (40 Marks).
Duration of the Test: 120 Minutes
Marks: The duration of the test is 120 Minutes. 1/4th marks will be deducted for the questions that answered wrongly.

Admit Card and Result
Admit Card: SNAP 2017 admit card is available in between 2nd December, 2016 to 18th December 2016. Candidates can download the admit card from the source website after entering their register number and DOB. No candidates are allowable to attend exam without admit card. In case the candidate lose the admit card anyhow, then report that issue to the office of controller of the exam’s address shown below. They will issue you a duplicate admit card instead of the lost one.
Result: Same as every year, SNAP result will declares on second week of January. The institute picks the candidates who scored high marks for attending a counseling secession. The Finalists names will declares after that.
