MAT Eligibility Criteria 2021: Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is conducted at national level for admission to management programme offered by top b-schools. Candidates, satisfying the eligibility requirements may apply for the exam; otherwise they are restricted to apply. In this post, I’m elaborating here all possible details related to minimum eligibility requirements for appearing in MAT exam.

MAT Eligibility Criteria 2021

Management Aptitude Test is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) every year. They have prescribed some sort of terms and conditions for appearing in this exam. Candidates are instructed to read the information mentioned below very carefully and find whether they are eligible or not.

Educational Qualification

  • The minimum educational qualification, a candidate should have, for appearing in MAT, is Graduation. Candidates should be graduated in any domain including Science, Arts, Commerce or Engineering & Technology.
  • Final year candidates of graduation are also permitted to apply for MAT exam.

Minimum Percentage in the Qualifying Exam

The minimum passing marks for appearing in MAT exam is Graduation. The percentages criteria may vary depend upon the management institute chosen by you. We instruct candidates to read the information brochure for further information.

Age Criteria

  • The authority hasn’t notified any age limit for appearing in MAT.
  • Candidates, do not have work experience, are also permitted to appear in the exam.

Attempts Criteria

  • Candidates are allowed to appear for MAT exam as many times as possible. AIMA has not specified any attempts restriction.
  • MAT PBT and CBT test is organized four times in a year and candidates may attend all the four exams if not happy with their scores.
