CMAT Result: Direct Link, Check Your Result Here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the CMAT exam for the year 2022 in place of AICTE. The candidates who will appear for this exam can check the CMAT Result in online mode. In order to check the scorecard, the aspirants need to provide some basic details such as roll number, registration number, date of birth etc. It is expected that NTA will release the CMAT Result along with the All India Merit in the month of February 2022. The CMAT score card will be accepted by all the institutes/ universities affiliated to AICTE. How to Check CMAT Result?

The result of CMAT exam will be available in online mode through the official website i.e. www.nta.ac.in.

  • In order to check the result, the candidates have to visit the official website of NTA and click on the CMAT result link.
  • The result of CMAT exam will be published in the form of a PDF file.
  • The candidates have to check their name or roll no. in the PDF File using the Ctrl+F function.

Note: It is recommended that you should check the result on a computer rather than a mobile phone.

CMAT Merit List

  • Along with the CMAT Exam result, the NTA will also release the national and state wise merit list of the candidates.
  • The merit list will be available in the form of a PDF file.
  • The merit list will contain National and state wise rank of every candidate.
  • In case there is a tie between two or more candidates on the basis of total marks then the candidates will be ranked in order of marks scored in the following sections
    • Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
    • Logical Reasoning
    • Language Comprehension
    • General Awareness
  • If the tie continues then the candidates will be ranked as per the first alphabet of their name.
  • The percentile in the exam will be calculated as per the following formula.

Percentile P = ((N – rank of the candidate)/ N) x 100

  • Where P is percentile and N is the total number of candidates appeared for the exam.

CMAT Score card

  • Soon after the declaration of CMAT result and merit, the candidates will be able to download the CMAT score card.
  • In order to download the CMAT score card, the candidates need to login using the email id and password.
  • Please note the score card is a very important document that will be required at the time of admission.
  • The authorities will not send scorecard by post or email.

CMAT Cutoff

  • The National Testing Agency will not issue any cutoff mark for the CMAT examination.
  • The CMAT Admission cutoff will be declared by the institutes individually.
  • To check the cutoffs the candidates have to visit the website of the individual institutes in which they are aspiring for an admission.

Note: Some colleges will offer admission directly on the basis of CMAT cutoff, while some institutes will conduct their own interview and GD round after CMAT for granting the admission.
