• Only Indian citizen are permitted to apply for CMAT.
• Candidates who have obtained Graduation degree in any discipline are permitted to apply.
• Candidates who are studying in final year of Graduate programme under 10+2+3 pattern and their result is expecting to be declared before commencement of admission for the academic year 2021-22, may apply for CMAT online.
• No age restriction had been notified by the authority for appearing in CMAT.

Usually eligibility conditions for diploma and postgraduate management programme is different from each other. Talking about general criteria is mentioned as below:

• For Management (MBA, PGDM and similar programme): Candidates should have acquired 3 years duration Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved category applicants).
• For Management (PGCM): Candidates having three years duration Bachelor’s degree may apply for admission to PGCM programme.
• Management (Executive PGDM): Candidates should be having 3 years duration Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved category applicants). Additionally, they should have five years of supervisory/managerial experience.
