The National Testing Agency has released the application form for the CMAT exam. The application form is available on the official website of NTA from 16th February 2022. The candidates who fulfill the eligibility requirements can fill the form. The CMAT application form can be filled only in the online mode, but the fee payment can be done both online and offline. How to Apply?
- Registration
The candidate will first have to register themselves as a new user by providing the basic details. The candidates will have to provide details such as name, email id, contact number. It must be noted that the details once submitted will not be changed and the email id and contact number you provide will be used for all further communication. After submitting the details, the candidate will get a 6-digit password sent to his/ her email address and mobile number. This completes the process of registration. The email id and 6-digit password will be used for future login.
- Fee payment
The next step will be payment of application fee. The fee submission can be done in either of the two ways mentioned below:
Online payment: The online payment of application fee can be done via credit card/ debit card/ net banking. After successful payment, the candidate will receive confirmation email/ SMS.
Cash payment: This can be using SBI bank Challan. The Challan will automatically appear on the screen when you choose the cash payment option. 3 printouts of the Challan, duly filled-in should be taken to the nearest SBI branch along with the cash on the very next day of Challan generation. A Challan printed before more than 1 day will not be acceptable. After 48 hours, the status of payment will be updated on the portal automatically.

- Application form filling
After fee payment is done, the candidate can fill the rest of the form. The candidate will have to enter personal details, academic details of high school, senior secondary school and graduation. The next will be uploading of scanned copies of candidates’ photograph and signature.

After entering all the details, you can check the data by click on the ‘view/ modify’ button. When you are sure that all the entries made are correct, you can proceed with agreeing to the declaration. By clicking on the ‘submit’ button, you can now finally submit the form. Once the form is submitted, no modification/ correction will be possible. You can take a printout of the filled-in application form for future reference.
