English Verbal Knowledge: CAT strongly recommended this; an applicant must be verbally strong in English language. An applicant must be proficient in reading comprehension, antonyms and synonyms, matching words detection, sentence correction, Idioms etc. so; you can expect a question pattern like that.
Mathematics Knowledge: As you are applying for a business course, you can expect some arthamatical questions in CAT Syllabus. From 2007, to now the repeated of pattern of mathematical related questions are found in CAT are such as Number systems, probability related question, Profit and Loss, algebra, linear equation and Percentage calculation.
Data interpretation: Data interpretation is simply defined as the collection of numerical data and statically analyzed it through texts, tables, graphs, charts and diagrams. Apart CAT exam, the data interpretation type of exams are mostly found in IBPS, SBI-PO,MBA, SSC CGL, CBI, CPO and CLAT.
Logical Reasoning: logical reasoning is the process for getting a conclusion through systematic method mathematical procedures. Expected questions of this section are from the topic areas of matrix arrangement, premise, conclusion, assumption, blood relation and binary logic.
