BSAUEEE 2020: Eligibility Criteria, Application Form, Exam Date

The name of BS Abdur Rahman University Engineering Entrance Exam or BSAUEEE has been officially changed to the Crescent Institute Engineering Admission Test (CIEAT). It is an entrance exam to be conducted by the Crescent Institute of Science and Technology in order to provide engineering admission to aspiring candidates. The application form for BSAUEEE 2020 exam is expected to be released in the month of January 2020.

The BS Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of science and Technology offers around 11 branches of B.Tech and admission to all the branches will be granted on the basis of BSAUEEE 2020 exam. BSAUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2020

The candidate must fulfill following eligibility criteria in order to appear for the BSAUEEE 2020 exam

Age limit:

  • The candidate should have born on or after the 1st July 1998.

Education Qualification

  • The applicant must have passed 10+2 with at least 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
  • For admission to B.Tech (Biotechnology and Cancer Biotechnology), the candidate with 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology can also apply.

BSAUEEE Application Form 2020

The application form for BSAUEE 2020 exam will be available online through the official website of the institute. The candidates have to enter all their educational and personal details in the online application form such as Name, address, qualifying exam details etc. After entering the details, the candidates have to upload the scanned copy of passport size photograph in a prescribed format. The application will not be considered complete unless the candidate pays the application fee.

Application Fee

The Application for BSAUEEE 2020 exam will be Rs. 1000/- for all the candidates.

Mode of payment

  • The candidates can pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card or net banking.
  • The application fee can also be paid via Demand Draft or by Cash at the institute’s campus.

BSAUEEE 2020 Exam Pattern

As we have mentioned earlier, the name of BSAUEEE exam is changed to CIEAT. The exam pattern for last year exam is mentioned below. If there will be any changes in the exam pattern then will be updated on this post.

  • Mode of Exam: Offline
  • Number of Questions: 100 multiple choice question will be asked.
  • Subjects: Physics (25 Questions), Mathematics (50 Questions) and Chemistry (25 Questions)
  • Marking Pattern: Each question will carry 1 mark.

BSAUEEE Syllabus 2020

The subject wise syllabus for BSAUEEE 2020 exam is given below:

For Mathematics: Applications of matrices and Determinants, Vector Algebra, Complex Numbers, Analytical geometry, Differential Calculus – Applications I, Differential Calculus – Applications II, Integral Calculus & its Applications, Differential Equations, Discrete mathematics etc.

For Physics: Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Effects of Electric Current, Dual Nature of Radiation And matter–relativity, Nuclear Physics, Semiconductor Devices and their Applications, Communication Systems, Atomic Physics, Electromagnetic Waves and Wave Optics, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current etc.

For Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Periodic Classification, P – Block Elements, D – Block Elements, F – Block Elements, Isomerism In Organic Chemistry, Thermodynamics – II, Ethers, Hydroxy Derivatives, Carboxylic Acids etc.

For Biology: Taxonomy of Angiosperms, Cell biology and genetics, Plant anatomy, Biology in human welfare, Plant physiology, Human physiology, Immunology, microbiology, Applied biology, Environmental science, Theories of evolution etc.

How to prepare for BSAUEEE 2020 exam?

The aspiring candidates need to prepare well in order to clear this exam. Here are some tips and tricks that candidates may follow to do well in this exam.

  1. The first and foremost thing you should do is understand the exam pattern & syllabus. This will help you plan your studies in a proper way.
  2. Make a proper time table covering all the subjects. Remember that the timetable should be practical which you can follow.

BSAUEEE Admit Card 2020

The Admit card for BSAUEEE 2020 will be released in online mode through the official website. All the information related to the exam such as exam date, time and venue will be mentioned on the admit card. The candidates have to download and print the admit card. It will be mandatory for every candidate to carry a hardcopy of admit card at the examination center. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.

BSAUEEE Result 2020

After the commencement of exam, the institute will release the result on the official website. The candidates have to login to their accounts in order to check the results. In addition to the result, the institute will also release the merit list of the successful candidates. The successful candidates will be allowed to participate in the BSAUEEE 2020 counselling.

BSAUEEE Counselling 2020

The candidates who will be shortlisted after the BSAUEEE 2020 exam will be invited to participate in the counseling. During counselling process, the seats will be allotted on the basis of merit list. The admission will be confirmed only after the verification of original documents.

Note: The candidates having a valid rank in JEE Main exam are exempted from the BSAUEEE exam.
