Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT 2023

For B.Pharma
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have passed the class 12th or its equivalent from a recognized board/university.
Compulsory Subjects: A candidate must have passed the class 12th with subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology with proficiency in English. However, those who have opted PCM are also eligible to apply for B.Pharma course.
Minimum Marks Required: A candidate must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB and 60% individual marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
For all courses (Except B.Pharma)
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have passed class 12th examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent from a recognized board/university.
Compulsory Subjects: A candidate must have passed the above exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects and should be proficient in English.
Minimum Marks Required: A candidate must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in PCM and 60% individual marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Note: Only candidates appearing in class 12th in 2020 or who have completed class 12th in 2019 are eligible to appear for BITSAT 2020 entrance exam. Candidates already studying in any of the BITS campuses are not eligible for the exam.
Application Form for BITSAT 2023
In order to get enrolled in the courses offered by BITS campuses, candidates will have to register for the BITSAT 2023 Entrance exam. The authority will most probably release the application form from January 2023. Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated on the BITSAT 2023 through this article. The application form can only be filled via online mode by visiting http://bitsadmission.com. Candidates will also need to pay a certain amount as the application fee to complete the submission of the application form. BITSAT Syllabus 2023
The Syllabus for BITSAT Entrance exam 2023 will be based on the NCERT Syllabus for class 11th and 12th respectively. Therefore, candidates should study from the NCERTs to score good marks.
Admit Card
The admit card for BITSAT exam will be available to only those candidates who have successfully filed the application form for the same. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website. Candidates who don’t possess the admit card on the date of the test will not be permitted to appear for it. Candidate will also be required to bring a photograph along with the admit card to the exam center.
Score Report for BITSAT Exam 2023
Once the exam is finished, candidates can check their respective score report on the next day of the exam. The score report will be available on the official website of the BITSAT. The score report will illustrate the number of questions attempted by a candidate along with the correct and incorrect response made by him/her. Students can also keep a printout of their score report for future reference.
Merit list and Admission Procedure
The admission to the courses offered under BITSAT 2023 Entrance test will be based on the performance of a candidate in the exam. A candidate needs to clear the minimum cut-off marks to make it up to the merit list. Only those candidates will be called for admission whose name appears on the merit list. The authority will publish two separate merit list for B.Pharm course and other courses respectively. In case, the scores obtained by two or more candidate are same then a tie-breaker method will be opted to resolve the issue.
The candidates who rank 1st in respective board examinations (Central/State) will get direct admission only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned in the article.
