BHU UET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are different for various courses as explained below.

BA. (Hons.) Arts:

  • Educational Qualification: Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
  • Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July 2023. (Applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000.)

B.A. (Hons.) Social Science

  • Educational Qualification: Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
  • Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July 2023. (Applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000.)

B.Com. (Hons.)/ B.Com. (Hons.) Financial Markets Management

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination with Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Computer Sc./Finance/Financial Markets Management/ Vocational courses (related to Commerce) as one of the subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
  • Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July 2023. (Applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000.)

BSc (Hons) Maths Group

  • Educational Qualification: Aspirants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination securing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects Physics, Maths plus any one of the following: Chemistry, Statistics, Geology, Computer Science, Information Technology and Geography and must have passed in each of the concerned three subjects (as supported by the Certificate issued by the Examining body).
  • Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July 2023. (Applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000.)

BSc. (Hons.) Maths Group

  • Educational Qualification: Aspirants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination securing at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects Physics, Chemistry plus any one of the following: Biology, Geology and Geography and must have passed in each of the concerned three subjects (as supported by the Certificate issued by the Examining body).
  • Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be more than 22 years as on 1st July 2023. (Applicant should be born on or after 1st July 2000.)

B.Ed.

  • Applicants need to have a minimum of 50% marks either in Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanities/Commerce, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent.

BHU UET 2023 Application Form

The application form for BHU UET 2023 will release in online mode only. Those who are looking to apply need to visit the official website of the BHU to access the application form. The complete application process is explained below.

  • In order to start the application process, aspirants need to register through the official website.
  • During the registration process, candidates have to provide some of their basic details like name, address, phone number, etc.
  • The login credentials will also be generated for the candidates after registration.
  • Then, candidates have to sign-in and access the main application form.
  • In the main application form, candidates need to provide their complete educational, personal, and contact details.
  • Apart from the details, aspirants also need to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature, and identification documents.
  • At the time of filling the application form, applicants are also required to choose the test centres.
  • In addition to the application form, candidates also need to submit the application fee.
  • Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form submitted and keep it safe for future references.

Mode of Payment

  • The application fee can be paid online using a credit card/ debit card or net banking.
  • Apart from this, candidates can also pay the fees in cash through a bank challan in any branch of HDFC.

BHU UET 2023 Admit card

  • Once the application form submission gets over, candidates can download the BHU UET 2023 admit card in online mode.
  • It is expected that the admit card will be made available one week prior to the date of exam.
  • In order to download the admit card, candidates have to provide their registration ID.
  • All the necessary information related to the date, time and venue of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
  • A passport size photograph be affixed (same passport size photograph which has been used for online submission) in the space provided on the printout of the Admit Card under self-attestation.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card.

BHU UET 2023 Result

  • After conducting the exam, the university will declare the result in online mode.
  • In order to check the result, candidates have to enter their roll number and other registration details.
  • Apart from the result, the university will also release the merit list of candidates selected for admission.
  • Successful candidates will get a call letter in order to participate in further rounds of admission.
