Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria will vary according to the course chosen by you. There are so many courses being offered under BHU SCS. Candidates are instructed to go through the information brochure to collect info related to eligibility condition as per the course choose by them. BHU SCS 2021 Application Form: How to Apply?

BHU SCS 2021 application form will be made available at the official website of Banaras Hindu University. The entire process of application for BHU SCS will be online as per the schedule provided above. For successful application, candidates will have to make payment of entrance test/application processing fee. They can pay the fee using credit card/debit card or challan.

• Application Fee: Rs.250/- (for SC/ST) & Rs.500/- (for others);
• Application Fee (In case candidate makes application for more than one programme): Rs.100/- (for SC/ST) & Rs.200/- (for others);

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be given admission as per their weighted marks in the qualifying exam/written test/other exam/interview/any other criteria according to the decision taken by the concerned Department/Faculty/Centre.

• Suppose two candidates have same merit then preference will be given to candidate having higher percentage in the qualifying exam.
• If tie has not been resolved then preference would be given based on higher marks in the concerned subject.
• If still tie exists then the preference is given to candidate higher in age.

BHU SCS 2021 Counselling Procedure

Candidates who are shortlisted by the exam conducting authority they will be informed regarding counselling schedule. The authority will email counselling call letter to all shortlisted candidates. SMS alert will be also given on candidates’ registered mobile number. While coming to attend the counselling session, candidates are required to bring below listed documents:

• Qualifying exam mark-sheets including Intermediate, High school, Post-graduation and Graduation.
• Matriculation or its equivalent certificate in place of Date of Birth.
• Caste certificate issued by the relevant authority if you fall under OBC/SC/ST category.
• Medical certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Character certificate issued by the institution last attended.
• Transfer certificate issued by the institution last attended.
• Migration certificate in case of a candidate passed from a University other than Banaras Hindu University.
