Eligibility Criteria 

For PG Courses

Candidates should be graduated in the related subject with minimum qualifying marks.

For Professional courses

Course	Eligibility criteria
MBA	Candidates having Graduation in any stream (Subject to succeed at the Entrance Test) are eligible to apply
MCA (Lateral Entry)	Candidates must have done BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science with Mathematics/Statistics at +2 level
LLM	Candidates must hold LL.B/B.L degree
BLIS	Candidates must be graduated or have bachelors in B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com.
MLIS	Candidates must hold Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLIS) degree
PGDCA	Candidates must be graduated in any stream with 45% of marks in aggregate with Statistics/ Mathematics as a subject at +2 level
PGDMM/ PGDBF	Any Graduate with minimum of 40% marks in aggregate can apply
PG Diploma Yoga Science (DYS)	Any Graduate
PGDCE	Any Graduate
PG Diploma in Library Automation & Networking	Candidate must hold Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLIS)
Diploma in Yogic Science (DYS)	Any Graduate

Distance Education PG and Professional Courses Admission Application Form:

The aspirants are required to download the information bulletin and Application Forms from Berhampur University Website i.e. www.buodisha.edu.in. The Prospectus and Application Form for admission to the Post Graduate and Professional Courses will be available to download from the Berhampur University website link in PDF form from the month of July tentatively. Applicants applying for programmes, other than MBA, can opt for either Postal Admission or Spot Admission, as per the prescribed procedure.

For spot admission candidates need to come over to the Harihar Mardaraj Distance Education Centre in the Berhampur University Campus, Bhanja Bihar on the given schedule for their Courses during office hours and submit the downloaded Application Form duly filled in their own handwriting and complete in all respects along with important documents and required State Bank Draft(s).

Admission Process

Admission to the programmes will be done strictly on the basis of merit.

MBA Course

For selection to MBA course, the merit will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test.

LL.M course

Admission into LL.M will be made through merit (prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the LL.B/ B.L qualifying Examination)

MCA (Lateral Entry)

Admission into MCA (Lateral Entry) will be done on the basis of merit (made on the basis of aggregate marks scored in the BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science Examination)
