BEEE 2020: Bharath Institute of Science and Technology will conduct the Bharath University Engineering Entrance Exam 2020 or BEEE 2020. This exam will be organized to shortlist the candidates for admission to various professional courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, MCA, M.Arch, MBA etc. The application form for BEEE 2020 will be available in both offline and online mode. BEEE Eligibility Criteria for 2020

The eligibility criteria for BEEE 2020 exam will be different for all the courses as given below:

For B.Tech

  • The candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and chemistry.

For B.Arch

  • The applicant should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks and must have studied English and Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level.
  • Must have a valid NATA score


  • A graduate candidate with Business Mathematics or statistics can apply for MCA admission.


  • Any graduate with 60% marks or equivalent can apply.

For M.Arch

  • The candidate must have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 60% marks

Note: The candidate who will appear for the qualifying exam in the year 2020 can also apply.

BEEE Application Form 2020

The application form for BEEE 2020 exam will be available in both online and offline mode. The details about both the modes are as follows:

In online mode: In this mode, the candidates have to register themselves through the official website i.e. The candidates have to provide all the necessary educational and personal details in the online application form. After submitting the online application form, the candidates have to pay the application fee either online or via Demand Draft.

In case a candidate submits the application fee via DD then he/she has to send the copy of duly filled application form along with demand draft to the institute.

In offline Mode: In offline or direct mode, the candidates have to purchase and submit the filled application form in person from the institute campus or corporate office.

Application Fee

The BEEE 2020 application fee will be Rs. 1000/- for every candidate.

Mode of Payment

  • In online mode, the candidates can submit the application fee via online payment gateways using a credit card, debit card or net banking.
  • The application fee can also be submitted through Demand Draft. The DD should be drawn in favour of Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Payable at Chennai.

Note: The candidates should write their name and address on the back of DD.

Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for BEEE 2020 exam will be as follows:

  • Mode of Exam: Both online and offline.
  • Type of Questions: Objective Type multiple choice Questions
  • Number of Questions: 100 questions
  • Total Marks: 100
  • Marking Scheme: Each question will carry 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.

For Physics: Units and Measurement, Mechanics, Gravitation, Mechanics of Solids and Fluids, Atomic Physics and Relativity, Oscillations and Wave Motion, Ray and Wave Optics and Magnetism, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electricity and Magnetism, Dual Nature of Matter and Nuclear Physics, Atomic Physics and Relativity, Electronics and Communication etc.

For Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts in Chemistry, States of Matter, Atomic Structure, Chemical Families – Periodic Properties, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Solutions, Chemical Equilibrium, Surface Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics and Catalysis, Some Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, Hydrocarbons etc.

For Mathematics: Sets, Relations and Functions, Complex Numbers, Matrices and Determinants, Applications of Matrices and Determinants, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Mathematical Induction and its Applications, Sequences and Series, Trigonometry, Applications of Differential Calculus, Differential Calculus etc.

For Biology: Taxonomy of Angiosperm, Plant Anatomy, Cell Biology and Genetics, Plant Physiology, Biotechnology, Biology in Human Welfare, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Modern Genetics and Animal Biotechnology, Immunology, Applied Biology, Environmental Science, Modern Genetics and Animal Biotechnology, Theories of Evolution etc.

How to prepare for BEEE exam?

Here are some tips and tricks that candidate may follow in order to clear the BEEE 2020 exam.

  • First of all, understand the syllabus and gather the relevant study material.
  • Self study is the key to success, make sure you study regularly. You should not rely on coaching centers.
  • Solve at least 2 previous year’s question paper in a week to get more familiarized with the exam pattern.
  • Try and identify your strength and weakness. Focus on rectifying your weaknesses and keep polishing your strengths.
  • Make short notes of all the important topics along with the numerical formulas so that you can revise the syllabus quickly.

Admit Card

The admit card or hall ticket for the BEEE 2020 exam will be downloaded from the official website. All the details related to the exam such as exam date, time and venue will be mentioned on the admit card. The candidates have to carry the hardcopy of downloaded admit card at the exam center. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without a valid admit card.


The result of BEEE 2020 exam will be announced through the official website. It is expected that the result will be declared in the 1st week of May 2020. Along with the result, the rank card will also be released by the institute on the official website. The admission will be granted on the basis of the ranks obtained by the candidates.


Along with the result of BEEE 2020 exam, the authorities will also release the schedule for the BEE Counselling 2020. The candidates have to get their original documents verified at the time of counselling. The seats will be allotted on the basis of rank obtained by the candidate and the availability of seats. The counselling for different courses will be held on different dates.
