Asso CET Exam Pattern

Asso CET will be probably organized in the month of May and application process for the same starts from March. Candidates those are appearing in Asso CET exam they need to collect the best possible information associated with its exam pattern and syllabus. This will provide you complete idea regarding the exam you are going to face. • Asso CET exam will be organized in pen and paper mode.
• Talking about the exam duration will be for three hours.
• Language mode of the question paper is English.
• The exam will consist of 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• 50 questions will be asked from Physics, 50 from Chemistry and rest 100 questions from Biology.
• Candidates are not allowed to use pencil during exam.
• Candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam, if they do not have valid admit card.
• Clicking multiple options, scratching, using whiteners, erasing, overwriting will be assumed as wrong answer and no mark will be provided for the same.
• For each correct response, 1 mark will be given and no mark will be deducted in case of incorrect response.
• According to the qualifying criteria of Asso CET, candidates belonging to General category are required to score at least 50% marks whereas SC, ST and OBC category candidates need to secure minimum 40% marks.

Now, let’s have a look on the preferences will be given to candidates as per their performances:

• Candidates who have scored higher marks in Biology paper will be given first preference.
• Candidates who have scored higher marks in Chemistry paper will be assumed at level 2.
• If still collision exists then candidates will be given preference based on their performance in SSC (or its equivalent exam).
• If the tie still remains available then older candidates will be given for preference.
