About the institute
Established in the year 2010, the Assam down Town University (ADTU), is the first paramedical college in the area which was affiliated to Assam Government Health University. The college was managed by the Down Town Charity Trust promoted through Down Town Hospital Ltd. The state government approved the campus a university status and got approval from AICTE to commence educational courses in pharmacy, management, and engineering.
