• Application form of SMU MBBS exam should be filled in English language only.
• While filling up the form candidates are advised to use only Black or blue pen.
• All alphabets filled in the form should be in capital letters.
• Do not overwrite any information.
• We instruct aspirants to keep one copy of their application preserve along with them.
• Candidates are instructed to obtain the demand draft in favour of ‘Sikkim Manipal University’ payable at Gangtok.
• Please mention your name and application number at reverse side of the demand draft.

• Photocopies of the documents should be in A4 size paper.
• Photocopies of the all necessary documents should be clear and properly readable.
• Both sides of the document should be printed.
• You are not permitted to fold or staple any documents with SMU MBBS exam application form.
