Apply for Rajasthan PCPMT

FPMDCR will release Rajasthan PCPMT application form most probably in the second week of April for admission to MBBS and BDS programme offered by its participating medical and dental colleges.

Candidates belonging to Rajasthan state or outside of the state are eligible to apply for this exam. Due to unavailability of official notification of PCPMT for the year, we are unable to provide you exact date of form availability. Soon after the release of the official notification, we’ll update here the actual date of availability of application form.

If you are going through sort of troubles during application procedure then I advise you to go through the instructions furnished below:

• Last year, application form was released in online as well as offline mode. Mode of availability of application form will be updated soon after the publication of its official brochure.
• Candidates who are applying in online mode they will find the link to apply for PCPMT after the announcement of its respective notification.
• To get access of the application form, candidates first need to register themselves from the official website.
• Post completion of the online registration, candidates will get a USER ID and password at their registered email id and mobile number.
• All sections of application form should be filed with appropriate information.
• Candidates will be also required to upload the photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size of Photograph and signature.

• Hard copy of appropriately filled application form along with enclosing attested copies of relevant certificates should be sent to the below-mentioned address:

Documents need to be attached

No matter you are applying in online mode or offline mode, following list of documents should be submitted along with application form:

• Age proof, submitting secondary school certificate will be preferable.
• Class 12^th or its equivalent exam mark sheet.
• Migration certificate issued by class 12^th board or university.
• Transfer certificate obtained from the school/college you have attended last.
• Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC/SBC category applicants.
• Nationality certificates for candidates who are either NRI or Foreign Nationals.
• Certificate for extracurricular activities, in case any.

Application Fee: Rs. 6000/- and it should be obtained in favour of ‘’Federation of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Rajasthan’’ payable at Udaipur (Raj).
