How to pay the AP EAMCET counselling fee
- Visit the official website or click the direct link (will be provided soon).
- Click on the “AP EAMCET Counselling” column on the homepage.
- Enter your “rank” and “Hall ticket number”.
- Pay the required fee via online mode.
- Click on “submit” button once done with the payment.
- Now download the payment receipt for future reference.
AP EAMCET counselling procedure- an Insight
Stage 1: Registration
Candidates will have to register themselves for the counseling by visiting the Help Centres dedicated for the exam. They need to provide the rank card to the concerned official at the centre and the deposit the registration fee. Candidates can collect the registration form from the centre, fill their respective details and submit it to sit in the counseling process.
Stage 2: Document Verification
Following the registration form, candidates will need to submit their documents to the help centres for its verification. Once the verification is done, they’ll be provided a manual option form where they’ll need to fill the college/course choice.
Stage 3: Online choice filling
A candidate then needs to visit the official website to register for the online choice filling. Given below is the process on how to fill choices –
- Go to the official website.
- Click on the “Candidate registration” column in the homepage.
- Enter your “Registration number”, “Hall ticket”, “Rank”, and “Date of Birth” in the fields specified.
- Click on “generate password” link and fill the password.
- Now login using the details such as Login ID number, Hall ticket, password, and Date of Birth.
- Read the instructions.
- Click on “Check box and Option Entry”.
- Fill your choices and lock them.
- Save the options and take a printout of the choices for further use.
Stage 4: Seat Allotment
Once you’re done with the choice filling, a seat will be allotted to you as per your rank and preference given during choice filling. Candidates can download the allotment letter from by login in the official website.
Final Stage: Reporting to the College
To complete the admission related formalities, candidates will have to report to the allotted college at the stipulated time and date. Additionally, candidates will have to report through self-reporting system also. Therefore, both the Self-reporting system and reporting to the college are mandatory for candidates for admission in the college.
