Amrita University Admission 2022 Exam Pattern

The basic idea of the Amrita University Admission exam pattern 2022 is provided below:

For B.Tech admissions:

• Mode of exam: Both online and offline
• Exam duration: 2:30 hours
• Number of questions: 100
• Type of question: Objective type
• Marking scheme: +3 marks for each correct answer and -1 mark for each incorrect answer

For M.Tech admissions:

Amrita University Admission Application Form 2022

Amrita University Admission 2022 application form can be released in online mode, except for some courses for which applications will be released in both online and offline modes. The candidates can obtain the application form once they are released on their specified dates. In the application, details such as candidates’ name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, qualifying exam name, qualifying exam passing year, qualifying exam marks, etc. Photograph and signature of the candidates will also be uploaded/ affixed on the application form. After providing all the details in the application, the candidates can submit it along with the required application fee.

Amrita University Admission Eligibility Criteria 2022

The aspiring candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements before applying for the Amrita University Admission 2022:

• For B.Tech: The candidates should have passed class 12^th or equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and at least 55% marks in each of these subjects individually.
• For M.Tech: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent or M. Sc/ MCA or equivalent  Master’s degree is required.
• For MCA: Three-year degree in BCA, B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) with scoring a minimum of 60%. Candidate should have studied one subject in Mathematics in +2 or in graduation.
• For MBA: The candidates should have passed their graduation in any branch from a recognized university/ institute.

Amrita University Admission Admit Card 2022

The admit card for the entrance exam conducted will be released on the official website of the Amrita University. The candidates should download their admit card, take its printout and carry it to the exam center. Important details related to the candidate and the exam will be printed on the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall in the absence of a valid admit card. The candidates must also preserve the admit card till the whole process of Amrita University Admission 2022 is over.

Amrita University Admission 2022 Result

The entrance exam result will be announced in online mode on the official website. The candidates who have successfully appeared for the exam will be able to see their result using their roll number. After the successful announcement of result, a merit list of the qualified candidates will be prepared. For the courses for which entrance test is not conducted, merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks in the qualifying exam. The candidates will then have to appear for the counseling round as per the merit list.

Counseling for Amrita University Admission 2022

Counseling will be conducted by the university after the declaration of result as per the predefined schedule. At the time of counseling, the candidates can provide their choice for course specialization. The documents of the candidates will also be verified during the counseling.
