AIPMT Re-scheduled Exam- Candidates Be Ready for High Security, Ear Check and Dress code

After having undergone a fiasco like paper leak, CBSE has planned for stringent measures to keep an eagle eye on the candidates to evade any sort of cheating and malpractices during the exam. The exam is re-scheduled on July 25th. To affirm that everything goes well, CBSE supervisors will keep a thorough check that no candidate carries a Bluetooth device inside the exam hall and so a staff has been appointed by the board that will examine the ears of the students with torchlight. Moreover, students have to wear light color T-shirts and sandals. Also, wearing jackets will be strictly restricted.

CBSE has also asked from the Home Ministry for the paramilitary forces at the centers for the conduction of the exam in the maximum security. The apex legal body of the country, Supreme Court has ordered to execute a re-test after the paper leak allegation on Whatsapp on May 3. The evidences are yet to be produced by the Police on 300 “beneficiaries” and no arrest has been made so far. The re-exam will cost a grand amount of 38 crores to CBSE.

As per the sources, candidates will be allotted new admit cards and approximately 6.3 lakh candidates will be re-appearing in the exam. A list of “Do and Don’ts” will be mentioned on the admit cards which students have to carefully go through. The details pertaining to dress code are explicitly mentioned there. Also, frisking will be done and ears will be checked to ensure that no Bluetooth devices are moved to examination hall. In addition, position of candidate’s photograph will be changed and this is done in context to avoid the misuse of old admit cards. Candidates have to be very particular with the details mentioned on the cards and are expected to comply with them before appearing for the exam.
