AIPMT 2022: All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) has been now replaced with NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test).  From the year 2016, the NEET has taken the place of AIPMT. Central Board of Secondary Education is the respective body which organizes this national level entrance exam every year. Through AIPMT (now NEET) candidates can get admission in MBBS/BDS courses in various government and private institutions. Every medical institution/college in India (except JIPMER and AIIMS) considers the AIPMT score for offering admission to MBBS and BDS courses.

AIPMT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

All the candidates who are going to appear in AIPMT 2022 (NEET) must ensure their eligibility that whether they can take the exam or not. Candidates who fail to satisfy the prescribed AIPMT eligibility criteria 2022 are not allowed to appear in the exam or admission process. The details of AIPMT (NEET) eligibility criteria are provided below:

• Indian citizens, Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.
• Aadhaar card number is must for filling the application form
• The candidate’s date of birth should fall on or between 08.05.1997 and 01.01.2006 (08.05.1992 and 01.01.2006 for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Aspirants should have done 10+2 examination with Physics, Bio-technology/ Chemistry Biology and English individually scoring at least 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Those who have done the three years of B.Sc Degree with Chemistry, Physics and Biology/Bio-Technology including practical subjects may also eligible to apply.

AIPMT 2022 Application Form: How to apply?

All the interested and eligible candidates who are planning to appear in AIPMT 2022 (now as NEET) should read the information brochure carefully before filling the application form. The AIPMT application form 2022 will be available through online mode only. To fill and submit the form, candidates have to visit the official website of the conducting body. No hardcopy will be entertained by the authority. Candidates should fill all necessary details in the form correctly and carefully. They also have to upload the scanned image of a photograph and signature in JPG format. Make the payment of Rs. 1400/ (Rs. 750/-for SC/ST/PH category) as necessary fee. The payment of fee can be done through Net Banking/Credit card/Debit card/ UPI/E-Wallet. Take a printout of confirmation page and keep this safe for future use.

AIPMT 2022 Syllabus

Syllabus of AIPMT (now NEET) will be based on the 11th and 12th class standard. It covers the topics and chapters from subjects like Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/Biotechnology.
