AIMA UGAT 2023 application form will be live online most likely from December 2022. All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts the Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) to screen the capable and competent candidates for admission into various courses such as BBA, BHM, BCA, Integrated MBA etc. This is a national level examination. AIMA conducts the examination thru the online and offline mode and after qualifying, the exam candidates can take admission in the participating institutes.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the examination will be as given below:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have acquired the higher secondary level or any other equivalent education from a recognized board.

Final year candidates: Candidates, who are going to appear in the higher secondary level exam, are also eligible to appear in the AIMA UGAT 2021.

Age Criterion: AIMA has not set any minimum or maximum age criteria for the exam.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Application Form

• AIMA UGAT 2023 application form will be available through the online and offline mode.
• The application form is available on the official website of AIMA.
• In the application form, applicants shall have to foil all the essential information such as the name, address and the educational qualifications.
• There will be an application fee which candidates will have to submit along with the submission of the application form.
• The application fee for all the applicants will be Rs.650/-.
• Candidates can pay the application fee thru the credit card, debit card, net banking and thru DD as well.

Modes of Application Form

Candidates can prefer any of the following modes to apply for UGAT 2023:

• Make a purchase of the Registration Form against cash payment of  650/- from listed Institutes or from AIMA, New Delhi. Or,
• Register online through official website link (direct link will be provided here) and make payment of Rs.650/- using Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card). Or,
• Register online through official website link (direct link will be provided here) and make payment of Rs.650/- using net banking.
• Register online through official website link (direct link will be provided here) and make payment of Rs.650/- using demand draft in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.

All filled-in forms or printout of online registration if required to be sent; received at AIMA will be processed within 5 days and the Form Numbers of such received forms will be available on website link: (direct link will be provided here). Such forms will be scrutinized and if found in order; it will be Provisionally registered. However, form printout received later than the due date is liable to be rejected. Neither any correspondence in this regard will be entertained nor the fee to be refunded.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for AIMA UGAT 2023 is given below:

• Mode of test: Paper Based Test
• Duration of test: 2 hours for IMBA, BBA, BCA and 3 hours for BHM
• Type of questions: Objective type
• Language Mode: Hindi & English
• Total questions: IMBA, BBA, BCA(130) & BHM(180)

AIMA UGAT 2023 Admit Card

• AIMA will issue the UGAT admit card to all the eligible candidates who have applied for the exam successfully.
• The admit card will be available on the official website of AIMA.
• Candidates can download the admit card for PBT.

Ans: Please note that AIMA conducts UGAT only once in a year. Students, who passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board are eligible to apply. Appearing candidates can also apply for the exam.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Result

Candidates will be able to check result and download scorecard during last week of the month of the test. It will be possible to download your score card with his 6 digits Registration Form No and 9 digits Roll No from AIMA website.

AIMA UGAT 2023 Counselling

• After getting the scorecard of the result, candidates can apply for the admission in the allied institutes.
• The admission of all the candidates will be on the basis of the marks attained by the applicants in the exam.
• Candidates will have to take part in counseling where they will have to show all of their certificates before the admission board.
