AIIMS B.Sc Admissions 2022: Application Form, Eligibility, Dates

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences will provide the candidates admission into the B.Sc undergraduate program through an entrance test. The application form will be uploaded on the official website and candidates can check all the relevant updates on this website only. The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be able to fill up the form. The degree will be provided under the following UG courses:

• Bachelor of Optometry
• B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing
• B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic)
• B.Sc Course in Dental Hygiene
• B.Sc Course in Operation Theatre Technology
• B.Sc Course in Dental Operating Room

AIIMS B.Sc 2022 Important Dates

AIIMS B.Sc 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The basic requirement is that the applicant is an Indian citizen of at least 17 years, as on 31^st December of the month of admission. Course wise eligibility criterion for AIIMS B.Sc 2022 is mentioned below:

For B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing:

• The candidate must have passed the 12^th or equivalent exam from a recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• The minimum passing marks (in the aggregate of the above-mentioned subject) required is 55% for candidates from Gen/OBC category and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
• Only female candidates are allowed.

For Bachelor of Optometry and B.Sc (Hons.) Medical Technology in Radiography:

• The candidate must have passed the 12^th or equivalent exam from a recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
• The candidate has passed the above-mentioned exam with at least 50% marks in the aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics. Relaxation of 5% is provided to the candidates from SC/ST category.

For B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic):

The female applicants must have:

• Passed 12^th or equivalent exam from a recognized board
• Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council
• Registration as a nurse, RN, RM with any State Nursing Council

For male candidates:

• The candidate should have passed 12^th or equivalent exam from a recognized board
• The male candidates should have registered as a nurse with any State Nursing Council.
• A certification in General Nursing is also required.
• A six months training is required in any of the following:
  • OT Techniques
  • Psychiatric Nursing
  • Ophthalmic Nursing
  • Cancer Nursing
  • Leprosy Nursing
  • TB Nursing
  • Orthopaedic Nursing
  • Neurological and Neuro Surgical Nursing
  • Community Health Nursing

AIIMS B.Sc 2022 Application Form

The eligible candidates can fill the application form, which will be available on the AIIMS official website, aiimsexams.org. The candidates will also have to submit a registration fee along with the application form, which will be non-refundable.

AIIMS B.Sc Exam 2022 Pattern

For B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing:

The question paper will contain multiple-choice questions of 100 marks. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours.

For B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic):

This examination will be taken in two rounds. First, there will be a written test of 90 minutes and the second round will be personal assessment/interview round. Those who clear the written test will only be eligible for the interview round.

• Medical Surgery Nursing
• Professional trends in Nursing

Admit Card

The admit card for AIIMS B.Sc 2022 will be available for download on the official website. The candidate must carry the downloaded copy of the admit card to the examination center. Check the details mentioned on the admit card to know about your roll number, exam center, and exam timing.

AIIMS B.Sc 2022 Result

The results for the AIIMS B.Sc 2022 will be announced in the month of June. The candidates can check their results from the AIIMS official website. The list of qualified candidate will be uploaded and the candidates will be sent email/SMS alert to their registered mail id/contact number.
