AIBE Syllabus 2021: The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is conducted by the Bar Council of India to evaluate whether law graduates possess the knowledge and capability to practice law in the country. There are certain benchmarks that a law graduate or an advocate must fulfill to practice law in the country. The Exam is conducted in 40 major cities of the country. Applicants must fill the application form to appear for the exam.

AIBE Exam Pattern

The AIBE Exam will be conducted in offline mode where an OMR sheet will be provided to the candidates. The Question paper will be framed in multiple-choice format where only one option will be correct. There won’t be negative marking in case a candidate marks a wrong answer. Candidates with more than 80% disability will get additional 30 minutes to finish the exam. The exam will be conducted in 11 different languages in which candidate have to choose only one. There will be a total of 100 questions asked in the examination.
