AIBE 12 2018: XII Answer Key, Result

AIBE 12 2018: The Bar Council of India conducts one of the most known national level entrance exams of India named All India Bar Examination (AIBE) for accessing the potential of advocates who are willing to practice law in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) awards the “Certificate of Practice” to the qualified candidates of AIBE 12. Candidates, who want to appear in AIBE 12 2018, can obtain its admit card the official website of All India Bar Examination. The date of availability of the form is 29th May 2018. Please read this post in order to collect all possible information related to AIBE 12 2018 regarding its application form, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus etc.

It is being informed that AIBE-XII scheduled to be conducted on 10th June 2018 in the State of Kerala at Cochin is being postponed due to NIPAH VIRUS. Next date of Examination shall be communicated later on.

We have provided below the AIBE 12 2018 calendar. The official dates of AIBE 12 have been released now and accordingly we have updated the given table.

Eligibility Criteria

All candidates, willing to appear in AIBE 12 2018, are required to meet with certain criteria. The first eligibility criterion of AIBE 12 is the nationality of candidates i.e. they should be Indian nationals. Along with that, they should have obtained the 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognized law college. They should have an advocate enrollment card as provided by the State Bar Council. The authority has not defined any upper age limit and number of attempts for appearing in the exam. Please have a look on important highlights:

  • Nationality Criteria: Only Indian nationals are allowed to apply for the exam.
  • Education Qualification: Candidates, who have passed either three years or five years LLB degree from BCI recognized law school, they are eligible for the exam. There is not any percentage criteria required to be fulfilled for appearing in the entrance exam.
  • The law graduates who are willing to appear for AIBE 12 they should have enrollment with State Bar Council. As a proof, they will have to submit the advocate enrollment card as issued by State Bar Council.
  • The exam conducting authority has not specified any age criteria.
  • There is not any attempt criteria specified for appearing in the entrance exam.

AIBE 12 2018 Registration/Application Form

It will be possible to apply for AIBE 12 2018 through online mode. If you are applying through online mode then you will have to access its official website. Candidates should have scanned copy of advocate ID card as issued by the State Bar Council, photograph, signature, enrollment certificate, category and disability certificate (in case application) before they start the registration process in online mode.

The payment of application fee needs to be made in offline mode through SBI challan. Candidates will be able to make the payment of registration fee after 24 hours from the registration.

AIBE 12 Exam Pattern

AIBE 12 is going to be conducted in offline mode and candidates will have to mark the answers in the OMR sheet. All the questions will be multiple choice questions. Candidates will be given 100 questions to solve over a period of 3 hours and 30 minutes. There will be no negative marking rule applicable in the exam and hence candidates are advised to attempt as many questions they can. These are the basic overview of AIBE 12 exam pattern. The exam paper will consist of questions from 20 subjects which are categorized into two categories i.e. Category I and Category II. We are sharing the prescribed division below:

Admit Card

The Bar Council of India has released the admit card of candidates who have successfully applied for the entrance exam at least one or two weeks before the exam. Candidates will be able to obtain their respective admit card simply by visiting the respective official website. Candidates have to bring their admit card along with the Photo identity card while coming to the exam centre.

AIBE 12 2018 Result

AIBE 12 result is going to be released at the official web portal of AIBE. Candidates will be able to check their result simply by entering their roll number and date of birth. The authority will only show the qualifying/non-qualified status of a candidate. All the qualified candidates will be awarded with the “Certificate of Practice” in the law domain.

Talking about the qualifying exam, candidates have to score minimum 40% marks in the exam. It means they have to score at least 40 out of 100.
