The Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) will be releasing the application form for admissions in B.Sc Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery courses. AFMC Nursing 2021 is a national level exam that provides admission in the 4-year nursing programme. Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates of Indian nationality will be allowed to take the exam.
• The age of the candidate should be in between 17-25 years.
• It is required that the applicant has passed 10+2 examination with 3 years diploma in General Nursing Midwifery and has at least 2 years experience in the profession.
• 10^th pass candidates with 3 years diploma are also allowed to the entrance test if they have 5 years of experience in the profession.
• Male nurses who haven’t done midwifery will have to provide the certificate of completion of a course as a substitute for midwifery, approved by INC. The duration of the course must be 6-9 months.
• The marks scored in all the subjects should be at least 50% and all exams should have been passed in the very first attempt.

AFMC Nursing 2021 Application Form

The application form will be uploaded on the official website and the candidates can fill their form online. An application charge of Rs 150/- will be submitted along with the application form. It is to be noted that the fee can only be paid online (credit card/debit card) and once the form is submitted, no corrections can be done.

Exam Pattern

The questions asked in the test will be objective type and 90 minutes will be provided to the candidates for completing the paper. The question paper will be available in English only.

Admit Card

The admit card for AFMC Nursing 2021 is available from 15th July 2021. Using their registration number and date of birth, the applicants can download the admit card from the official website. Admit card is must and no candidate will be permitted to take their examination without it.

Result and Counseling

The result for the AFMC Nursing Exam 2021 will be uploaded in approximately one month after the exam. The result will be available online and the candidates can see their results on the official website. The interview letter will be sent to the qualified candidates via email and they will be called for counseling at the selected centers mentioned in the letter.
