ACDS BDS (C-WAT) Admission Procedure 2021

Counseling

The next step after declaration of the C-WAT exam result is counseling which is scheduled to be organized from July 2021 onwards. Candidates will be called for the counseling procedure according to their merit in the test. At the time of counseling, candidates will be required to produce following documents:

  • Age proof accordingly it was mentioned in the mark sheet of class 10th/SSC or its equivalent test.
  • Passing certificate of 10+2 from CBSE board or its equivalent test.
  • Mark sheet of class 10+2 from CBSE board or its equivalent test.
  • Institute or School Leaving Certificate.
  • Conduct and Character certificate.
  • Requisite certificates.
  • Migration certificate.
  • PPO in original but it will be for verification purpose only.
  • 8 passport size and 8 stamp size photograph.
  • Medical certificate in the requisite format and it should be submitted at the time of counseling.

Important Points to Consider

  • Candidates who are failing to produce necessary documents at the time of counseling their candidature will be cancelled. Candidates who have submitted any fake certificates and at any stage of the admission if it is found, admission of that particular candidates gets cancelled automatically.
  • Candidates must need to report as per their counseling schedule. If they could not attend that counseling, the seat will be forwarded to next candidate in the merit list.
  • Admission will be provisional and it will be confirmed once the candidate is found completely eligible in all aspects as per the norms of the university.
  • Candidates against of whom, call letters has been issued they will have to deport an initial amount of Rs. 10,000/- along with willingness certificate. However, the fee will be adjusted once candidates join the college. Candidates who have failed to attend the counseling process, Rs. 1000/- from the total amount will be deducted as registration fee and rest will be refunded once the admission process gets completed i.e. after September, 2021.
  • Initial deposited amount (Rs. 10,000/-) will be refunded in case candidates are found ineligible.
