1. Hall Ticket of VSAT entrance exam 2021
2. Call letter for counseling
3. 10th class marks sheet copy
4. 12th equivalent marks sheet certificate
5. Date of Birth Certificate (for 10^th class private candidates)
6. Caste Certificate and income certificate for creamy layer (if applicable)
7. Two sets of photocopies of 10^th class, 12th class, and date of birth
8. Transport Certificate, Study certificate and conduct record of 10+2 or equivalent (if available)
9. Six passport size color photographs
10. Demand Draft for admission fee along with one-semester fee; in favor of VFSTR–GF, payable at Guntur or Cash which is necessary for seat allotment
