  • D/Sir,
I am Ajay Kumar Nigam & My Son passed the 12 th in the year-2016.

    Some important points are

1-Due to accident he could not appear in Maths exam- March-2016
2-By Improvement Exam held in July-2016 he passed to Math Exam.

    We have Two marksheet
1-First one Having the Marks of Five Subject & Showing Absent in Math
2-Second Marksheet is Improvement Marks sheet having only maths Marks of
    a-Same Roll No 6647767
    b-Of Same session-2016 &
    c-From same School.

% obtained (considering top scoring subject with PCM) i.e.

    1-English- Core- Marks Obtained- 087
    2-Physics- Marks Obtained- 077
    3-Chemistry- Marks Obtained- 072
    4-Informatics-Prac. Marks Obtained- 097
    5-Maths- Marks Obtained- 065

    Total Marks Obtained- 398
    % obtained- 398/500=79.6%
    My Queries are

    “Whether
1-My Son is Eligible to appear in JEE (Mains & Advance)-2017” .
2-If Yes & he qualify to main & Advance exam-2017
Is there any problem to get the admission in
    a-NIT or b-IIT
because of producing the two mark sheet at the time of counselling.
3-Under which law is applicable in this circumstances.

It is requested to reply by return mail therefore in worst possible case he may fill the form of “Improvement Exam-2017” which link has already been opened & Last date is Nov-2016
